The Customer
The person(s) or company who purchases the Cabin(s) or any other product specified in the order confirmation or contract from the Company.

Order Placement
The Customer’s order for Roksant Wood OÜ will be formally accepted by the Company by an issue of an order confirmation or signing a two party contract. The order confirmation will be issued once we receive the downpayment of 50 % of the full price of your order and transportation costs.

Payment Terms
The payment of 50 % of the full purchase price is required before the order will be accepted and launched to production. The payment should be made within three business days against Company’s invoice. Further 50% before the dispatch from the factory. The payment should be made within 3 business days on receipt of Company’s notification of the order being fulfilled and ready to be shipped. In the event of payment not being received in time, delivery will be delayed and will be subject to re-delivery charge. If the Customer fails to pay the full payment on the due date then the Company may charge interest in amount of 0,15 % on the amount unpaid per each day of overdue.

Delivery
Shipment will be made on FCA terms (Incoterms).
Delivery period is from four to six weeks after order confirmation. Delivery period is a subject to change due to order complexity or manufacture work load. Popular cabins are usually available from stock. However stock items are supplied in a first come first served order. The Customer will be notified of the expected shipping date as soon as the information becomes available.

Defective or Missing Parts
If you receive broken or damaged parts, or parts are missing from the order we will replace them at our expense. Relevant evidence of the claims should be presented and proven. The log cabin must be checked against the packing list within 5 days of delivery. Any claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
Note: Log cabins are made of wood and are therefore subject to small cracks, defects and knots, which are not covered under the guarantee.
